When you create or import a wallet in the ShapeShift Mobile app, your wallet data is encrypted and stored locally on your device. ShapeShift never stores your wallet data. This is why it's important that you keep a secure backup of your Secret Recovery Phrase in case you ever need to recover your wallet.
To delete all of your accounts/wallet data from your device's local storage, follow these instructions:
- In the ShapeShift Mobile app, tap the "..." menu button in the upper righthand corner of the Dashboard.
- Tap "Settings"
- Tap "Delete all accounts & wallet data"
- Once you've confirmed that you've backed up your wallets, tap Ok to permanently remove all personal data including wallets, accounts, and balances.
